Founder Rory Lyne is a seasoned automotive and marine technician with two decades of hands-on experience. He began working on engines at the age of 16 and since then has earned the automotive industry’s highest credentials: ASE Master and Advanced certifications. Proving deep knowledge in all major vehicle systems, these credentials emphasize expertise in diagnostic workflows and on highly complex, computer-controlled systems.

As an engine specialist he’s worked for the most demanding names in the business, including Mercedes-Benz in both New York and San Francisco, as well as Volkswagen and Honda. As an accomplished marine technician he’s worked on a wide range of craft, from everyday boats to luxury vessels.
